Is it safe for me to enter my credit card details when ordering from The Motorsport Shop online store?

Yes. The Motorsport Shop has electronic encrypted security for all of its orders over the web. When you go to checkout, please look for the padlock on the border of your web browser to indicate that you are in a secure page.

What forms of payment does The Motorsport Shop accept?

We accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept bank deposits, Australian postal money orders and Paypal payments. Please follow the instructions on the ordering page.

How will I receive my purchase?

The Motorsport Shop uses insured Registered Post to send products to Australian and International destinations. Courier service is also available upon request.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Please allow 1-28 days for the delivery of your purchase unless we notify you otherwise.

Can I exchange my product or receive a refund if I am unhappy with my purchase?

We exchange. No refunds. The exchange policy is based on the item being returned with receipt of purchase and in the same condition as when the item was purchased. You must notify us within 7 days if the item is faulty, broken or to be exchanged. Any insurance claim must be carried out by you the purchaser at your Post Office. Keep all packaging and envelopes as proof. Claims that are approved result in the item and packaging being held by the Postmaster, and a replacement money order sent to the sender, that being us, to replace the item for you. Any variation to our terms is at the discretion of our management.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity when I purchase a piece of memorabilia?

Yes. Certificates of Authenticity are provided with every signed item sold online or from the showroom iteself. We value any motorsport piece of memorabilia and provide you with a Certificate of Valuation

Do you value motorsport memorabilia?

Are products sold by The Motorsport Shop officially licensed?

Yes. Any item sold by our company is known to us or informed to us by the suppliers as being licenced, authentic, limited in their editions or original in their condition description.
